Foxbox works in batches to complete orders, starting from order production and progressing to packaging and shipping. Due to the custom nature of our products, this whole process can take some time.

Additionally, due to the current pandemic Foxbox is experiencing higher than normal order volumes, as well as a delay in processing orders. International shipping is slightly delayed, but slowly improving in most areas. Your understanding and patience are much appreciated, and I will do everything I can here at Foxbox to help during the process.

As Foxbox is largely a one person operation for all production and shipping, I greatly appreciate your patience while I work through pending orders.

I am working from oldest to newest in small batches, and greatly appreciate your patience and support while I get your order prepared and shipped.

Orders up to 16540 and 16852 ~ 17089:

All shipped! - please check your email. Please expect some delays in international shipping due to a lack of infrastructure caused by the pandemic. Postal workers are doing their best to get your packages sent as quickly as possible, I appreciate your understanding and patience. For any questions related to your shipment, please feel free to contact us.

Orders 16193 ~ 17089:

Production complete - currently in sorting and packaging.

These will be packaged in order from oldest to newest in small batches to minimize wait times. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please ignore any tracking errors for the first several days as the packages make their way into the postal system. Thanks for your patience!

Orders 17090 ~ 17779:

Production in progress - currently in laminating and cutting.

I'm prioritizing packaging and shipping older orders, but these are all printed and awaiting further production steps. I will resume once I complete packaging and shipping all previous orders. Once these are complete in production, they will be packaged in order from oldest to newest in small batches to minimize wait times. Thanks for your patience!

Orders 17780 and above:

Prepared for production - awaiting previous batch completion. Once all previous orders are shipped, I will begin production on these newer orders. Thank you for your ongoing patience and support!
